Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website and are intended only for standard packages. It is possible that the costs are not calculated precisely by the website and in this case you will be contacted to finalize the shipment details and costs.

Chassis, Bodyworks, Front Fairings, Kart Trolley, Bare Frames, tyres, seats, tyre tools, are an example of non-standard shipments due to their big volume/weight.

A different price can also depend on the destination country, especially outside the EU.

 

We do not ship Batteries, Oils, Sprays and Liquids in general by air; if your country is located in EU and you have liquids in your shopping cart, please, always select "Economy Shipment" during the checkout process. We can't send them with "Express Shipment".

All other Customers from countries not located in EU cannot buy Liquids, Oils, Spray or Batteries.

 

The TAX ID of the customer (South America) or the N.I.N./EORI (UK) may be requested before the shipment as custom needs it to clear the shipment.

We are not allowed to ship to Russia and North Korea.

 

The transit Time depends on the destination country and is showed on the order's info. 

The orders need some time to be processed, before the shipment. You will be contacted in case of issues, questions or missing articles. In case you buy articles that are shown as "not in stock/available", the shipment will be delayed as all the articles arrive.

 


The returned articles condition have to be as new. Contact the seller before returning the articles!

Both the shipment costs to return articles or to change articles, are charged to the customer. In case of a return of an entire order, the shipment cost will not be refunded.

Customized articles (like suits or prepared engines/carburettors) or articles ordered expressly for the customers (like seats and nt listed articles) can't be returned/refunded.

Customs fee for returns will be charged to the customer.
